tbh I dont see the arguement of glow skins being a valid point.
many a european server you can find skins which you can see quite evidently from anywhere on the map, like you say, the ctf skins (I think they're the ones anyway.)
back in the day I'd of classed these as glow skins, but it seems to be quite the norm now.. I still prefer the old sas/res dogs
