Hehe, i dunno what country it was, but it was a mtv channel somewhere in europe. There they had a black "layer" over the frogs penis in the commercial, i didnt even see that he wasnt wearing underwear.. or at least i didnt pay attention to it. But i guess that was the English MTV after i read this
