I use a mousepad from Q-Pad, its very nice to use, its big and very good to use when you have a mouse with laser.

emu wrote:really a mousepad you pay 500$ doesn't improve your skill 1%. its all a big con to lure money out of heaton wannabes.
You use 7-10 hours pr night in bed, and spend thousands on a comfortable bed to protect your back and all, and you (I) use 3-4 hours pr day in front of a computer, and you're too much of a scrooge to spend a small amount of money on a mousemat comforting your wrist and giving you a sense of smoothness all that time?
- I'd say it's a rather good investment

Naaaaaaaaah... the best mousepad ever created was the old ones for 1-2€ on IKEA but they don't sell them anymore. I'm now using a blue mousepad from BILTEMA.. they cost like 1€. They are very good.

Depends on whether or not you like low friction. I used that ikea mat for a year or two, was quite nice, but I'm using the black icemat now. However, at higher dpi's, the low-friction surfaces (like the icemat) really are a bit too smooth for my likings, so I wouldn't mind trying the 'flip-side' of the razer exactmat...

these "teenpads" - which are being sold - today are for people who pay way too much for nothing. I use my desk as a mat and its good enough. 50€ for "ultra-accurate 10k dpi mouse" and 35€ for "special mat, which gives more headshots" is the biggest fraud i know this far.

It's not for nothing. They look good. I used to use my table before. I use my black Icemat now. It doesn't matter what I play on, I'll still kill you. But the Icemat looks better than my worn down table. Okay?
I don't give a shit.
