1on1 & 2on2
weapon: knife in slash mode
kick and punch
item: all allowed
roundlimit: 15
timelimit: 20
map: desperado (get it here: http://rock-clan.de/action/maps/desperado.zip )
Server: pings have to be fair +-15ms
demos: required
screenshots: required

The map will play only 1 time.
Use of Throwing knife or other weapons is automatically win for the opponent.

You can disable all weapons and items with TNG. Just read the FAQ for server configs at their homepage. With that solved there wont be any default wins if a player accidently fires a bullet.

They will be the runner-up after =DA= team 1

A map like tjt or c2 wont be cool for 2v2, a map like actcity2 would fit better then i guess.
