I use Apr Quake also for it has good features and extra thingjamiggas.

and seeing how the two main cheat developers both are working alongside NiceAss in the development of NoCheat, I doubt we'll see a public hack soon.

There are clearly more folk working on it :/

It's not like it's hard to write that line on your own server and add the text in the lower right corner of your console... there are no other clients connected to check whether or not the NoCheat code is accepted..

That screenshot is a fake. It should say "NOCHEAT: <number> is <nick>" after nc_say even when its your own nc msg or not.
