Wanted: Keygrip Guide/Tutorial

Does anyone have a link to a good Keygrip tutorial?
I'm bored and I'm trying to work out if I want to play with Keygrip.

i think when i finished my next movie ill retire and write some ubernewbieguide.. quake2->keygrip->vegas->codec. might take some time tho.

I just can't be arsed learning how to recam and cut and stuff.

just added like all the models in the world to fix a clip, but no, still the same.
