its really nice, but my shitty windows xp doesnt allows windows and writes to change due to this theme.... someone can help?

You need a program like stylexp for it i guess.

Got bored of my standard w98 look-out and got myself a good msstyle file, a skin for trillian and a wallpaper. Turned out to be a very smooth combination.
