OpenDL Problems

Still cant load my AQ because of the message
"Glimp_EndFrame() - SwapBuffers() failed!"

But then a got a message from another guy

If you get a 'GLimp_EndFrame()-SwapBuffers() failed!' error message when starting OpenGLapplications, you can either try using the latest reference drivers or use the fixglimperror.reg registry file under Windows 9x/ME - available here:

The hp can not open, and cant find any other place til fix my Glimp error!

Can any of you help me?

Have you installed latest drivers from the nVidia website?

I just got a new motherboard, and a cd followed..

And i installed all the drivers from the cd! Can there still be som kind of driver i'am missing?

I'am not sure that i have a Nvidia chip on my motherboard, thats why i'am not downloading and installing any drivers from there homepage....
And i can play other games, like Warcraft 3, how come? Games like that also use openGL right?

Actually I would think that WoW uses Direct3D... which alot of the new games do... (bastards!)... which means that your OpenGL could very well be broken although other games work...

q2 is so much more sensitive than any new games, so you really need to tweak your stuff for it.

if you have a gfx chip(integrated) on your mobo, then i really suggest you still get a gfx card.
