Mh.. might be an idea.. but everybody would have to rush in a row.. dunno if thats still actionquake.
And everybody out there just take a rushermap.. i mean.. its up to the homemaps team to attack.. yes.. yes. Its sad that you cant take a slow map as homemap... but believe i have made the worst experience..

With the NAQL system you can take any map you want
For those of you who doesnt know the system(I think this is the system people are talking about, I think this was the best system atleast):
Each clan picks 3 home maps before a season takes off.
Each match gets played 3(4,5)x15 min.
The game is over when a clan reaches 3 map wins. So in some cases it might be only 3 maps, and in some cases 5 that gets played.
Anyways, for each map win a clan gets 1 point. Incase of a draw, 2-2, after 60 mins a 5th map will be played. The clan with the best % score of the first 4 maps gets their last homemap to be played.
To decide the maporder in the game a coin will be tossed. the winning clan will then choose map order. And they cannot choose first their 2 maps and then the opponents two maps. Has to be A,B,A,B.
The fair thing about this system is that you will receive 1 point for each map win. Because with regular systems you can play really well against a clan and receive 0 points cause you lost the 2 last rounds of the match or whatever.
Sure, this system might not prevent camping, but in some cases it does since you need good % score incase of a tie after 4 maps. But I would say its rather more fair for clans having slow maps.

Reduce timelimilit to 10, if time is the problem. Getting whipped for 20 minutes on some obscure map isn't much fun, and when not counting rounds the point is proven anyways.
Also, instead of a timelimit I'd consider a roundlimit. First team to reach 10 or 15 rounds wins the map, for instance.

Noooooooooo roundlimit! it will only bring more camp. when ppl changed to roundlimit aka maxrounds. in counter strike. ppl started to camp there ass off. before it was timelimit(CO rules) ppl rushed like hell. no it can take up to 2 min before they start to move. so no way i will play with roundlimit.

Make it fully random maps, everyone picks one map to pool and go on.
1 match per week, it takes WEEEEEEKS.... nono... make it like 3 matches per week or something.
And I bet you can't even win a single map against ping advantage like 20-60 (only goes when playing in .de or .nl). So against those should be done something for the ping too.
Or not make league at all, I think its the best choice.
