We, /pr0, have always been willing to play 1 each versus [NARF] (and of course any other clan) though it always sucks because the other team has ~80-100ping on the other's server. When suggesting 2x neutral it usually hasn't been ok. Not sure if ever.

And after announcing your concern in that friendly way, I will be less anxious to play versus you guys. :)

By the way. For every "server whiner" there: I'm just wondering, how do you think it gets the most Finns to play versus you if you insult and blame them on this forum? I can tell you, it has the opposite effect.

Most fin's got like 30 on cg.. But ofc they want to play with 10 or less.
My theory is the 2x'my server' dont have any irl friends.

I really don't undestand that ".fi clans only play 2x.fi"-generalization. During the past year I've played in UNi and [s] and in both clans we've agreed to play "1 each" against foreign clans. And yet I've got a mental image that the most appreciated .fi clans do the same, so how about listing all the clans that demand 2x .fi somewhere? I would be really curious to see the list since at the moment I personally consider that ".fi clans only play 2x .fi" as pure bullshit.

I've got a 10/10mbit connection which provides a very decent ping (msdos pinging to gamehouse ~4ms, catchgamer ~16ms). In my opinion it's lame for a .no clan to demand us to play both maps at their server since we have a somewhat equal ping at catchgamer and our ping would be better at gamehouse. Is it my/our fault that I've/we've got a good connection and used to play with it?

Edit: As well I consider it lame for a .fi clan to demand playing both maps at .fi-server against a foreign clan...

Yes, lets be proud that people are like that! What is he (we) supposed to do? Go on his knees and beg? What happened to 'fair play'?

and come on, dont you lot see that 2xfi or whatever is unfair for a lot of people. If you dont well, then i am sorry because your parents should have raised you better! We should get along and not fight eachother!

Yeh, good idea and of course there are non .fi clans that play 2x their server and i suppose we all know that there are great .fi clans that play fair.

"1 each" should be the #1 aq2 rule

you are right, thats unfair to generalize.
but .fi are so many that skimming "good boys" and "bitches" could take a while... so... generalizing.

sincerly i don't know you but if you play 1 each and your team has fair play and just needs to have fun, feel free to join #narf and challenge us every time you like.

With further thinking I came up with a conclusion that the server-situation in Finland has been too rich for some of the .fi-scene. As we've always had a lot of clanservers some of us don't undestand the situation from the foreigners' point of view. If for some reason Spidu put gamehouses down and same happened to Duraworks and meanwhile Swedes could lift up a load of clanservers the situation would be totally different. Of course I don't hope that, I only hope that the Swedes and Danes could get a lot of good servers.

We have done that in the past and we will do that in the future as well. (Btw the latest cw against us is missing from your homepage (dated 23.2.) screenshot

I think you missed my point. Which is that saying "FFS, Finns are fucking lame & fuckers & homos & <insert an insulting word here>! Fuck you!" won't get the situation any better but the opposite. People could announce their concerns in a better way, this isn't the first kinda "whiny" thread of this same subject. Someone should open a new thread where we could actually discuss about the thing without the insult-part.
If I ask you to lend me some money today and you won't, you will more likely lend me it tomorrow when I ask you nicely and don't start calling you a monkey.

In my opinion, demanding 2x whatever (if it ain't neutral, how to define neutral is a different thing then) is unnecessary and I'm kinda with 'you' guys. But still this kinda 'conversation' won't make things work. You/we need something more appropriate.

I can care less i have good on any but my mates don't, i know telenor is fucked up but still.

Rarely that iN says no to a fair fight against <insert any clan> If we do, it's because we know that clan has been lame in some previous game. In this case, I remember last time I played illusion, you owned everyone so hard.. In iN's tokyo-roof-awards-competition. You took the #1 spot so fast and easy, you left everyone thinking "What the hell happend"..

I completly understand that .fi players wants to play as much as possible in their own servers. Aswell as any other country would have wanted with the same number of homeservers. But since thats not the case here, they don't care about the rest of the community. They are all alone in their precious wankcorners in Finland! Just like USA. Nah, seriously, I can't come up with many clans that turns down a fair fight. I've seen people searching "2x.fi-games" with the matchbots, but I've always figured those guys perhaps are kinda new to the game, or something.

iN always have had pretty decent games against NARF, and you know we're always up for a game if we got the right number of players avaliable.

Also, the servers are fading down pretty fast. Wich also is pretty bad for the game itself. I wonder how many servers will be up same date next year. Maybe we're all having big arguments of whos gonna use the last avaliable german-server or whatever for a monthly clanwar... But everythings got an end. Enjoy it while it lasts.

1 each is the least ANY clan can do. At least this is more or less forced in the proper games.

I've been thinking the same thing for many years now.
And I belive 2xcg have come this far.
many clans have all their players down to 25~ ping here.
But still people wants to change the server after the first map.. even if they won the opponent map. Im not talking about fi. now. talking about all clans and countries

if ping grows more then ~50 it's disturbing but ping like 20-30 is good, playable ping i think

dont get those dudes who whine when their ping is more than 10 :/// and what comes to the server problem i am ready to play 2x (notmyserver) because the winnig aint the thing ;] having fun its the thing
