AQ2 Dedicated Server on WinXP. Step by Step!

In the beginning i want to make a shot one rule: IF YOU WON'T HELP, DON'T POST HERE PLEASE!

I want to make an aq2 server on Windows XP.
1. What files are needed? Please give links.
2. Past instruction for file(s) and configuration if needed.
3. Best settings for clanwar server. Past command(s), usage and some example.
4. Noobs like me may not understand some stuff so please be patient. Thanks!

I make the rules, not you.
Anyway, right click the desktop. Create new shortcut to X:/Quake2/r1q2.exe +game action +dedicated 1 et voila, you have a server. Congratulations!

Ok i got Win32 Dedicated Server from http://www.r1ch.net/stuff/r1q2/ and unzipped (to D:/Quake 2 Server/). Server is running but now help with configuration...

then you only need to configure .ini files and thats all
dont ask me how to do that because last italian server i configured was almost... 3 years ago. or even more. i dont remember.

what does it mean?

EXPLOIT: Client 'NI' k'Z[193.214.59.154:34570] attempted to spoof IP address: 200.226.136.137
Added 193.214.59.154/32 to blackholes for attempted to spoof ip '200.226.136.137'.

1. You only want a server to test your cheats.
2. Any server admin will tell you NOT to run a server on windows.
