No, this AC should not be forced at the current stage.
Why?
There are still bugs that should be fixed. Also, some commands that should be checked up properly, like gl_picmip is forced to be '0'. It's no cheatcommand, it's a way to make the graphics more smoothly, and it's also needed for my laptop, otherwise I'll lag. I've also been playing with picmip during the last 3 years, and will continue doing so, since it's no cheat, it was implemented even since the original Quake1.
Also, sources says that AC is already hacked, maybe they are true, maybe they false. I have no clue. Just saying..
So don't trust AC totally to 100% like you seem to do when someone is using it. Remember back when NoCheat was the shit, it got hacked really soon.
The idea for AC is great, though. Hope it'll be something..

1. Playing with 3 clients
- R1Q2 basic as Quake2.exe
- APR1.20 with some eye candy stuff
- EGL with some heavy eye candy stuff
2. Loads only original opengl32.dll, ref_gl.dll, ref_r1gl.dll, ref_ncgl.dll
3. It limits some cvars depends on server admin.
4. It checks if players have same male/sas/* tris.md2 , footsteps, silencer.wav
For AQ2 there is a anticheat webpage http://anticheat.aq2world.com
I wonder what PC system you have Skmz and btw gl_picmip is not limited to 0. You using 8 or what?
