how can I change my fps, with vertikal synkr on then? its 85 cant change it

At least read what everyone wrote and try to understand it. It's all there, if you still don't know what it means and what to do, go to wikipedia, that might help you even more. But then again, there you have to read more, you must be unlucky

"Vertikal Synkr" on = 85 fps, no tearing.
"Vertikal Synkr" off = x fps, tearing

these are your options. Think about it. Choose wisely! There's no other option with your current monitor.. or go back to crt.

That is because you selected an unsupported refresh rate for your monitor.
