i just found out about this command. anyone with knowledge of keygrip who knows how to separate the diff. player views? arild?

I have no idea actually. But I guess you can remake the original demo into 4 different ones or something like that and export them one by one ?

well, this command takes a demo from all players, and makes one huge file. it is possible to open that file in keygrip, and then split it into each of the players. i just don't know how to do it
