Red Velvet pak (hi-res, updated 13.09.2007)

I didn't have the motivation to do everything like menus, mouse cursor etc. so I just added the new icons, scope and conchars as an alternative for those found in the original Red Velvet pak. You can download 'em without any of the Red Velvet stuff or you can just name the new pak with a bigger number than the Red Velvet one to replace those few files in the original and still have the menus etc. of the original pak.
