Major lag and fps problem!

I bought HP Pavilion dv2000 with windows vista (Geforce Go 7200). Is there some way i could play aq2 with it? If i start the game and i run a map then i get fps result after timerefresh about 10-15

Is there something to do or i cant play with it?
