SajhCo III: Nations(?)

If I were to "admin" a nations cup(ie just throw my name on it and claim all the glory), which countries would bother playing? I am thinking of a short single/double elimination tournament which should have a timelimit of 2 months or such (thats about how long my interest will last i assume

).

If there seems to be any interest ill toss up an outline of the rules, but i dont expect it to be anything out of the ordinary.
