Help with aq2 server!

Hello.

Im trying to run a server, and im useing q2admin 1.17.
And im running it on Linux.

and this is my problem:
After X long time... the server is allways crashing.
but only when it is trying to change maps.

The map that its trying to load.. is okey and everything.
And after like 5-10 min the server will automatic start again,
and then the map is fine and we can play that map until it change to another one,
and then its the same old.. crash - 5-10 min up again.

Any idea how to fix that?

p.s. All I can see in console is this:
NET_GetPacket: Connection refused from 192.246.40.37:27900
