what do u think?



Doom3

Quake4

Painkiller

Stalker



Doom3 showed some good material first, but i think its gonna be feckin boring.

Also they arent really focussing on the multyplayer thingy.



Quake4.. havent seen shit from this yet :p



Painkiller, got potential for sure!

Gonna be a bit quake alike feeling.

Graphics look nice too.

What ive seen from the release movies the weapons seem crap to me.

And i dun care about singleplayer.

Downloaded the leaked alpha but it crashed when the map was loading. :(

Also a big plus is the interrest of pro clans like 4kings.

What ive seen it had GREAT looking maps.

The atmosphear was nice and really realistic.

The gameplay is gonna be a bit weird i think and the movement not so special.

Quake 4 should've been released in dec. 2003 at first kaaos, now they replaced it towards august 2004..

It could get huge cuz of the CS addiction.

Ive heard rumors a long time ago about CS2, but i havent really looked in to it.

btw. I remember back in 2001 when I saw the first video of doom3 and it was supposed to be released the same time as geforce3.

There's not much info on the internet about Quake 4, so I doubt it will be released this year. I only know Raven is gonna make it together with id and that they will use the Doom III engine... :?

well that's a disappointment. it's possible that doom3 will "live long" so they shouldn't have to release quake4 yet.

Doom3 engine = mucho $$$ :D



No way that id-software let quake4 be released before Doom3.

Doom3 is their 'show-off the engine' game. ID kinda always uses their games to make sure that their engines sell better :)
