Knfie mod...?

I remember a few years ago I got my hands on a server side mod that made all the weapons in aq2 shoot knives (HC was a blast

), which was really great fun on LANs. I've been trying to find it again, but google doesn't want to tell me. Anyone have any ideas of where to find it nowadays?

we tested it about a year ago. it doesn't work on XP, if i remember right.

Its old and buggy. It was released around -99 or 00. So dont expect that much. More than 6 ppl on one server would cause serious lag

Heh... as some might remember I've been on the hunt for this lately too, but as I didn't find it I wrote my own a couple of weeks back with TNG as base. Don't know if this works at all on other computers, but it works for me at least. In addition to the original knife mod feature (guns shooting knives) I added a knifegrenade too

Only the source is availible, and it "should" be buildable at least on *nix machines. If the server is a x86_64 machine (as mine) change the ARCH entry in the Makefile to x86_64 instead of i386.

when other asses take m4 or snipe, you choose knife + bandolier.
and have fun catching other ppl in the head.
