hi all, i'm totally new to any quake game and after seeing the revolution quake 2 movie i really wanted to play. However i've now got quake 2 and the action mod but was wondering what the mods are used in the revolution movie?

i've searched websites for ages but nothing is crystal clear on how this is done, any help is appreciated - sorry if this topic has been covered before.

Also can i ask if quake 2 still has a decent multiplayer following in ladders?

He used just mod 'action' , but he used different 'clients'. He used q2p (seach on the forums) and AprQ2 1.19 or 1.20 (must be somewhere on the main page).

Also can i ask if quake 2 still has a decent multiplayer following in ladders?
