TGA Pictures - Im clueless on how to make them work
Do they even work with nocheat ?

Improvements with the optional ref_gl.dll:
* 32-bit TGA Texture support (Use a TGA with the same filename as the WAL to replace it)
* Support for larger TGA texture sizes than their .wal equivalent

They dont work if I place them in a pak, doesn't work either if I place them in my action/pics

Well, I wanted Hazard's scope.tga, and now q2 seems to be loading it, but there's nothing on it, I only have my normal crosshair now when I zoom.
Any suggestions ?

im having problem with the .tga icons...
the transparent without nocheat is pinky, with nocheat is black....
but im trying use black (00000000) but it continues appearing black in the deep one

i use apr quake 1.16l and all my tga works at commands
set gl_loadtga "1"
set gl_replacewal "1"
set gl_replacetga "1"
set gl_replacepcx "1"
but i dont know commans on nc or ace.
