Weird problem

I have a weird problem.
I recently made a few pak changes, I just downloaded a pak and copied the /pics folder over my old /pics folder.
Since then I'm having trouble with aq2.
I enter the server, join a team, and wait for the round to begin.
I picked m4 + kevlar.
The moment the round begins, an error pops up: NvOpengl.dll is corrupt.
I tried again, joined a server and a team, but now I chose Sniper + kevlar.
and I could play, it didn't crash. The same goes for the rest of the weapons, it's only with the m4.
Can someone help me with this, or maybe someone knows what the reason is?

delete all your cheats first ...

Hmmpf.
I received Tavisorsa's pak, and I copied it all over my old.
Now it works!
I did that with one of my old paks, but it still didnt work then.
Tavisorsa is my witchdoctor!
