New map: Annecy

I can agree it's a good start for mapping. It's great that you have used arghrad's sun effect for the lighting. It seems to have a very fast gameplay.
Why you have made that one building a func_wall? It sure doesn't help on r_speeds. Instead of that you could have made those barrels on one corner func_walls. Or you could have the barrels 1 unit above the ground so the r_speeds would fall a bit. I think the r_speeds are way too high. I think that r_speeds shouldn't go over 2k. The spider webs are sure nice. But you have made the webs so that there are 2 webs. You could put a totally transparent texture (ex. makro/v_trans.wal) so there would be only one web.
But still it's a good start. Just more mapping increases sk1llz!
And i really think you should get rid of Qoole as soon as possible

Fixlist:
-Water warps now
-Spiderweb is as it should be
-Builded that terribly buggy house all over again and changed outlook a bit.
-fixed mainly noticed brushbugs.
-Added a bit more lightning, mainly for smaller central area.
-Bridges should look better now.
-r_speeds about ~300 better than before.
-And something else that i forgot already :p

EDIT2: We found like 10101010100 bugs more but i've stopped building this map so this is the final version, I myself like it as it is now.
